As the existing electric learning vehicle does not have a motor controller specifically for the venue driving,unstable speed and a larger starting torque are unavoidable existed in the training,so that students can not find a similar feeling of control with fuel vehicle,it can not achieve the desired training effect.Electric motor as a power source for electric vehicles,the control performance directly determines the dynamic performance of the vehicle,and in order to achieve a stable electric motor control,control strategies must be studied.Analysis the requirement of electric training vehicle's motor in venue driving,determine the type and basic parameters of the motor,by analyzing the mathematical model of the motor,speed control method is given,determine the mothod of motor speed control by theoretical analysis and Simulink simulation.Comparative advantages and disadvantages of several motor speed control system,and build the establishment of various PI control model in Simulink,simulate motor speed and electric current change process,choose double-loop speed control system designed after analyzing simulation results.At the same time,compared to the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PI control and fuzzy PI control,select the fuzzy PI control as the motor control algorithm,combined with Simulink simulation compared to the speed control effect.The simulation results show that project designed double-loop fuzzy PI control system can achieve soft start and improve speed stability in two processes of starters and speed step,the results meet the electric training vehicle requirement for the venue driving.
