In recent years, the State Grid Corporation has further promoted the construction of the regulation and control integration in electric grid system. The integration means that centralized monitoring services operated by transformers are integrated into corresponding dispatching mechanism according to different voltage, and monitors are responsible for substation operation monitoring, equipments' remote operation and state adjustment during which personnel are needless, and supervising alarm information which influences the operation electric grid system. With the construction of non-attended transformer substations, the security operation in electric grid system demands higher capacities for monitors.At present, in Jiangxi electric grid system, there are dispatcher training simulator(DTS) and operator training simulator(OTS) respectively for dispatchers and operators, whereas there is no training system for monitors. Moreover, traditional DTS and OTS operate isolatedly. It is significant for further promotion in the regulation and control integration that researchers try to design a joint training simulation system for the regulation and control integration to implement interactive training simulators on dispatchers, monitors, and operators.This thesis introduces a training simulation system for the regulation and control integration which takes transformer substations involved in Jiangxi electric grid system as simulation objects, and employs some key technologies including fast modeling of monitoring signals, and a joint training simulation system for the regulation and control integration in the electric grid system. At first, the function of the joint training simulation system is designed in accordance with objects and request of skill training for regulating, monitoring, and substation operating. Then, this thesis introduces key technologies and methods to realize the joint training simulation system, designs hardware and software structures of it, and analyzes and summarizes the application situation of it. In the joint training simulation system for theregulation and control integration, regulating and monitoring simulation uses integration design, electric grid training simulation completing power flow calculation of the whole electric grid, monitoring simulation quickly establishing substation signal model of monitoring simulation. The autocorrelation between the electric grid simulation model of primary and secondary equipment and the monitoring signal model ensures the realization of the integration of electric grid simulation and monitoring. |
