The electrical connection of the substation is the main structure of the electric part of the high voltage and high current in the transformer substation,which is an important part of the network structure of power system, directly affectting the reliability and flexibility of power operation, and absolutely relating to the choice of electrical equipment, distribution equipment arrangement, relay protection, automatic device and control method. But at present, the choice of main wiring is mostly independent of the reliability index and economic index of the substation, not consider the influence of substation on the power grid, in addition to the design stage of the technical and economic indicators, ignoring the overall value of the project. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method based on the whole life cycle cost of substation main wiring.Based on the theory of life cycle cost management, and according to the characteristics of substation main wiring, the paper propose appropriate life-cycle cost components and formulas, consider the long-term benefits of substations, in view of the deficiency of the current maintenance cost and the statistical method of the failure cost, carry on the detailed analysis and improvement, use the theory of risk assessment to combine of technical economics and quantitative economics,consider the probability of accident and its consequences, Not only studied the substation power outage caused by maintenance or failure, Also consider other load node power losses under the grid with all kinds of limits and constrains of thermal power unit to minimize downtime, for this purpose, the objective function is to minimize the load shedding based on AC power flow optimization model, and use the original dual interior point algorithm to solve nonlinear model and the electricity production ratio method to calculate power loss, making the substation main wiring of the whole life cycle cost composition and calculation formula more accurate, is propitious to comparison and choice between different main wiring schemes.Finally, through MATLAB programming to realize substation main wiring scheme of each stage of the cost of the statistics. In an example respectively carry out the simulation of the main wiring of two voltage levels and three voltage levels, by comparing different schemes of LCC analysis, choose their optimal solution, proving the validity of this method.
