Gear is a very important part, it is widely used in the gear box. At present, the technology is developing towards high speed and heavy load, and the requirement of gear is more and more closely.Study of on gear dynamics and gear modification, the goal is to find out the relationship between the dynamic mesh force and modification, the selection of appropriate modification and modification curve to reduce and vibration and noise of the gear transmission. To establish the dynamic model of gear transmission,dynamic characteristic analysis of gear meshing. Conclution: The vibration of helical gear can produce torsion,axial and radial direction of the three in the process of meshing. The dynamic excitation of gear modification technology can effectively reduce the gear meshing,so as to inprove the dynamic response characteristics. And the ship unloader reducer main hoisting gear meshing simulation of motion analysis,obtained consistent with the theory analysis results,verify the correct of the theoretical analysis.Secondly, the simulation model of the gear meshing transmission is established, and the main input gear pair is input parameters, and the establishment of a flexible body model of the transmission gear pair, including:The 3D model and the MNF file of the flexible body are established.Generation, and the constraint conditions and loading conditions of gear drive.
