Disinfection by-products(DBPs)produced by the normal disinfection process in water treatment plant can cause many issues, such as the abnormal, carcinogenic and mutagenic, which have treated to the health of human beings. More and more DBPs have been discovered, but the content of DBPs only account for about 30% of dissolved organic halogen, the unkonwn species of DOX are still need to be researched. The standared method which use activited carbon to separate the DIX and DOX at home and abroad will cause organic loss and reduction, lead to low accuray. In order to solve this problem, we use electrodialysis as separation method, study the elment of removal halids, recovery the halogen organic, the retention of DOX when DOX has been mixed with DIX, to achieve accurate detection of DOX.The study of the effection factors for the removal of minus one valence halide ions shows that, with the increase of voltage from 0 V to 30 V, the removal rate of halides halogen was increased from 13% to 100% in 90 min. The V/S value decrease from 6 to 1.7 cm, the removal rate of halides accelerated from 38% to 100% in 90 min.The removal rate of 4 kinds of one valence halide ions are all over 98% in 90 minutes, when their initial concentrations are 1 or 10 mg/L. When there are some others interfering ions existed, the removal rate of fluoride ions will be decreased by them, especially by the ions which have more kinds of valences. The best conditions for determination of organic halogen is the voltage is 30 V, V/S is 1.7 cm, the sodium bicarbonate solution for 0.1 mol/L, the flow rate of 5 m L/min, electrode plate for aluminum plate, heterogeneous ion exchange membrane in 90 minutes.Electrodialysis process of organic matter retention rate effect and cause analysis of research indicated that average retained of halogen phenol compounds was 83%, and retention of 2,4,6-trihalogen phenol is less than the retention rate of p-phenol. The average retention of the halogen methane is 77%. Haloacetonitrils average retention rate was 93%, haloacetic acids' verage retention rate less than 5%. The pop scan shows that there are no changes in the structures of organic. Two thirds of missed p-fluorophenol has been adsorbed by membrane and others has passed the membrane while all missed haloacetonitrils have been adsorbed by membrane during the e lectrodialysis process. The study of the retention rate of DOX when DOX have been mixed with DIX shows that, with the increase of DIX/TX from 0 to 0.9 and the concentration of DOX decreased from 10 to 2 mg/L, the retention rate degree of DOX was decreased by DIX The retention rate of organic matter in natural water was 60%~90%, and the retention of organic matter in water, water and wastewater was not affected by the addition of 1 and 10 mg/L halogen ions. The retention of organic matter was decreased by 10%~15%, when 1 or 10 mg/L halogen ions was added.
