This article is closely related with the demand for modern aviation aircraft maintenance and training. Based on fully research and demonstration in and broad, combined with actual requirement from domestic airlines, the acquisition of knowledge about training is researched.According to this, the knowledge which is applied to maintenance training simulator is confirmed, and then the expression of knowledge about maintenance training simulator is put forward. It is in favor of developer to develop the simulator. The major works are given as follows:Firstly, aviation maintenance system is analyzed, and the basic principles of aviation maintenance are discussed, the maintenance thought based Reliability-Centered Maintenance(RCM) is in-depth studied, and then the establishment of training institutions and training forms and means are analyzed.Secondly, the civil aviation training content and training requirements are in-depth studied.In order to acquire the training content knowledge effectively, modular technical is used, and the whole training content is divided into two modules: System Functional Theory Module and Trouble Shooting Process Module. By analyzing the different systems of training content,further sub-systems function principle modules is divided, and the trouble shooting process modules is also divided according to the aircraft airline trouble shooting process. Based on this, the knowledge that can be used to simulate the simulation is analyzed.Finally, the express of knowledge about maintenance training simulator is researched. On the basis of the knowledge about system function principle and trouble shooting process,Object-Oriented-Frame-Rule Knowledge Representation method is proposed. Through research and analysis the characteristics of maintenance training simulator knowledge and a number of different methods of expert system technology knowledge expression,Object-Oriented-Frame-Rule expression method which suitable for maintenance training simulator knowledge expression is put forward. It elaborates the principle, design ideas and expression patterns. Based on the modular knowledge acquisition, the respectively patterns of the expression for the system function principle and trouble shooting process are researched,which include the framework, the rule-tree and stack-conversion mode. Then case study is carried out, showing the validity of the method.
