With the development of high technology, Aerospace, industry, agriculture,meteorological and In many other industries have more accurate and more complete requirements for spectral emissivity measuring;For enlarging measuring range of spectral emissivity measuring, National Institute of Metrology design a sample heating system which can be used in vacuum or in inert gas atmosphere, set up spectral emissivity measurement apparatus based on FTIR spectrometer. This paper is divided into three parts, the third part is the paper key part.First, FTIR spectrometer performance testing, at the temperature range 373~973 K in the wavelength range 2~20 ?m; Analyze the effect of aperture size on emissivity by experiment and comparative analysis, select 3mm as the optimal value; Figure out the response equation of FTIR spectrometer by dual-temperature calibration Method. There is a good consistency between spectral radiance calculated by response equation and spectral radiance calculated by Plank black-body radiation formula.Second, analyze the axial thermal gradient to figure out The sample surface true temperature, measure spectral emissivity of stainless steel sample and pure copper sample at the temperature 600?,in the wavelength range 2~14 ?m, figure out the change value of spectral emissivity after surface temperature correctionThird, for the lack of spectral emissivity of semi-transmittance material, The model to measure the semi-transmittance material emissivity was established, A SiO2 glass sample was selected to study its' spectral emissivity in the 8 to 14 ?m wavelength range at the temperature 353 K, The standard uncertainty of the emissivity is 0.08.;the comparison test was test at the FTIR spectrometer, Test results show that the emissivity values difference between two devices is less than ± 0.05...
