The Design And Implementation Of Acceptance Evaluation Software Platform For Smart Substation

Nowadays,the smart substation is the trend of the substation's construction and the examining work has become an important guarantee for the successful operation of smart substation.The digitization and networking of the communication information brings difficulty for the examining of the secondary system functions in smart substations.The functional examining is accomplished mainly by examining personnel's conversation at present.This examining form wastes a lot of manpower and time and the intelligent work doesn't realize.At the same time there aren't any interactive softwares for the examining of the smart substations' secondary system functions smart substations in the power industry.This thesis will aim at the examining the secondary system functions in smart substations and carry out the researches about the building of the smart substation functional examining template,instantiation algorithm of the examining template,examining completion rules,program logic implementation to put forward an efficient and intelligent functional software examining method and finally solve the complexity and time-consuming problem during the examining.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Study the IED model and the communication network structure of the smart substation secondary system and build the smart substation examining templates based on the SCD file and the relay protection principles.Build the database-access middleware to realize the creation of the examining templates lib.(2)Study instance algorithm for the examining templates lib and realize the examining templates' instantiation based on the constructed information model and proposed weights algorithm and build the database-access middleware to realize the creation of the examining instances lib.(3)Study the application algorithm of the examining instances and develop a set of examining evaluation software system with simple operation and strong interaction and realize the secondary system' functional examining after network message parsing.The implemented software system has the advantages that examining items can realize automatic matching,test sequence is not ordered and examining personnel can handle the result at any time.The use of this software system will greatly shorten theexamining period and save the manpower cost.The accomplished research works in this paper will provide technology accumulation for the intelligent examining in smart substation.
