Energy-saving power generation dispatching is a significant strategy to accelerate the accomplishment of energy conservation and emissions reduction.In China,Power energy structure is given priority to thermal and hydro electricity.Thus,the key to energy-saving power generation dispatching is to discover the effective method of dispatching thermal and hydro power,which embodies the principle of safety,economy,energy saving,and environmental protection.Unlike the power grid which thermal power is predominant,hydropower is predominant in abundant hydropower grid.The study of energy-saving power generation dispatching with abundant hydropower grid.posses important theoretical significance and practical value of saving fossil energy and promoting the accomplishment of national energy conservation and emissions reduction targets.In order to achieve the theory and achievements with practical value,to provide theoretical basis and technical support for safe,economic,energy saving,environmental operation of the grid,researches about step optimized dispatching of small hydropower,and optimized technology of reginal reactive power have been studied in this thesis.These researches are based on the environmental power dispatching in Huaihua area which hydroelectric is predominant,supported by the project named "the characteristics analysis and economic operation research of Huaihua power gird" conducted by state grid Hunan power supply company in 2014.The difficulties exposed in this project are the starting point of the researches,which is supported by operations research,hydroelectric energy,mathematical statistics and other relative subjects.Through the analysis of current situation for small hydropower dispatching,the annul maximum electric energy production dispatching model,with the step hydroelectric stations in the same drainage basin as the object of research,is established.This model has been used in small hydroelectric dispatching plan management in Huaihua.The typical result of wet,average and dry year shows that the model is effective in energy conservation and fulfills the operation demand of the practical grid.In the same area,in order to achieve the maximum voltage qualified rate and the minimum line loss,grid optimized reactive power control model,with the characteristics of step hydroelectric group and its grid facilities and load situation as the object of research,has been established.Take the active and reactive power of generators,reactive compensation capacity of reactive-load compensation equipments and the tap position of on-load tap changing transformers as variants,the simulate closed loop operation results of abundant hydroelectric area indicated that the model is effective in reducing grid transmission loss with good power quality.The model is able to fulfill the requirements of safety,timeliness,practicability and economy.Finally,analysis and comparison about the results of grid step dispatching and reactive power regulation has been conducted.
