China's energy consumption structure in coal-based diversified development,but coal still holds a dominant position.Environmental pollution caused by coal combustion has been paid more and more attention,especially the solid,liquid and gas pollution from coal-fired power plants.Increasing economy while ensuring safety and environmental protection is the goal of coal-fired power plants.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the operation mode,coal blending scheme and coal procurement.Pre-judgment of the boiler combustion can provide a reference for this.This paper is based on the actual operation data of the power plant and the coal quality information.Comprehensive consideration of the combination of coal mill mode,with the wind and other operating parameters and coal quality information.The prediction models of NO_x concentration,carbon content and exhaust gas temperature of boiler combustion were established by using support vector machine.Genetic algorithm and cross-validation method are combined to optimize and select the parameters of prediction model.The established model has good learning and generalization ability.Some samples were selected from calibration samples as basic workin^condition.Under the same conditions,the factors such as oxygen content,burnout rate,coal type and blending ratio were studied in the selected conditions.The results of the study on these selected conditions show that the oxygen amount,burnout rate,coal type and blending ratio have a great impact on NO_x.The carbon content and exhaust gas temperature are closely related to oxygen content,burnout rate and coal type.According to the results of the model,the coal consumption of each selected condition is calculated.Combined with the actual coal price,liquid ammonia and limestone powder price the effect of oxygen,burnout rate,coal,blending ratio of power on generation costs,environmental costs and comprehensive costs was studied.The results show that both the cost of electricity generation and the cost of environmental protection increase with the increase of oxygen in the scope of this paper.The increase of burnout rate will increase the cost of power generation,but the cost of environmental protection will decrease and the comprehensive cost will increase.Coal on power generation costs and environmental costs of a huge impact,appropriate mixing high sulfur coal and Mongolia coal is conducive to improving the economy.
