The South-North Water Diversion Pump Station Unit Condition Monitoring and Information Management System have been initially completed already.Functions including Pre-processing,storage,analysis and display of unit status data based on on-site computer monitoring can be realized,And also,we established Remote condition monitoring and collaborative diagnosis and comprehensive evaluation of the prototype system.As the eastern section of the South-North Water Transfer Project in Jiangsu pump station unit,a wide range of distribution,the lack of experienced operation and management of pumping stations.Coupled with the system still has many deficiencies,Such as:single way to access data;limited function at the PC-side;artificial copy of the inspection information,low degree of intelligence and electronic.It is meaningful to propose a project to manage the pumping station throgh the Internet platform.This paper focus on the following two points:the of the pump station and unit status monitoring system basd on the Android platform and the needs of the pump station management.Sweep inspection,photo upload,inspection history picture preview and electronic records functions have been established,as well as the status of mobile units on-line monitoring.In this paper,the status quo and development trend of pump station unit inspection and condition monitoring technology are introduced,and the insufficiency of domestic pumping station is analyzed.On this basis,the second chapter combines the requirements of pump station operation and management,puts forward the function and demand of the system,and gives the overall structure of the system,including the system hardware structure and system software structure.In the third chapter,the research of each function of pump station inspection system is introduced in detail.Then,the design of pump station inspection system is introduced,the location and tracking of inspection points are realized,the equipment information is acquired by scanning two-dimensional code,Abnormal equipment uploading and text editing description,mobile electronic inspection status input and upload functions,at the same time completed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy method of unit patrol inspection state evaluation model.The chapter four introduces the research of unit condition monitoring first,then introduces the design of unit condition monitoring system,completes the set up of unit monitoring data experimental platform,realizes the unit state monitoring data collection,and carries on the analysis of unit monitoring data.A detailed description of the realization of the Android-based time-domain waveform,axis trajectory diagram and other graphical display.Finally,the realization of remote unit condition monitoring is introduced.In conclusion,this paper researches the inspection of pump station and unit status monitoring system basd on the Android platform and proposes a mothod to mobile inspection and mobile state monitoring accrodong to the commands of the operation,maintenance and management requirements,the target of this paper is to realize Mobile Patrol Survey and Condition Monitoring of Station Group in the future.
