Heating system of bus air conditioning provides warm air by the heat source to achieve pre-heating and the defrosting of windshields and to improve driving safety and the comfort of passengers.Heating system of bus air conditioning that requires faster heating rate,which is different from the air conditioning system at home,is a multiparameter coupling control system by the ambient temperature,sunshine intensity,car speed and other parameters.These is some practical value for the heating system of bus air conditioning.This paper establishs mathematical model of the bus,researchs control method and analyzes the temperature field with ANSYS CFX to achieve precise control of the temperature inside the passenger compartment.The thermal analyzes the layout of heating system piping,deduces heat load calculation model of the winter passenger compartment,designs BP neural network PID Control and fuzzy fractional PID control whichs gets the control lookup table using the method of the center of gravity for de-fuzzification for temperature control.The simulation results show that the fuzzy fractional PID control has good control precision.ANSYS CFX which is used to study the temperature control effect of heating system based on finite volume method of finite element realized The visualization of temperature control in the whole carriage.Heating system based on the actual heating capacity of as the variable is controlled and the carriage of the bus was modeled by Design Moder in this subject.Compile interpolation function by using datas such as the actual heating quantity of heating system and the actual temperature of the passenger train to tectonic boundary condition to make up for the roughness of the model and numerical inaccuracy in variable form.This paper that describes three different types of the layout of warm air supply duct by changing the geometric model and boundary conditions compared the different heating modes,which is carried out on a certain type of bus,clarifie the influence of the layout of warm air supply duct on the system and has some guiding significance for practical application.
