In the last decade,the application of Zn-M(M=Al3+,Ga3+,Cr3+,Ti4+,Ce4+)mixed metal oxide(MMO)in photocatalyst and photovoltaic devices has been studied extensively.With LDHs as a precursor,mixed metal oxides(MMO)solid solution was synthesized by thermal treatment,which typically features a large doping content and highly uniform distribution of the dopant.The MMO maintains most of the layered structure of LDHs,owning the higher specific surface area due to the collapse of the layered structure,and within a certain range to change the molar ratio of metal elements without impacting the nanostructures.So in the paper,the preparation of Zn-Al,Zn-Ti MMO adopts this method,and explores its photoelectric performance as photoanodes using for solar cells.Specific content as follows:1.The Zn-Al MMO with different Zn/Al molar ratio was prepared by calcined LDHs and has been applied in DSSCs as the photoanode material.The performance of devices were characterized and the best efficiency was 1.02%when the Zn/Al molar ratio is 2.75 and the MMO calcined at 600?.The Zn-Al MMO are demonstrated to obtain a reasonable efficiency as photoanode materials in DSSCs,with the best preliminary performance reported so far.2.The Zn-Al MMO has been applied in CdS/CdSe QDSCs as the photoanode material with the Zn/Al molar ratio is 2.75 and the MMO calcined at 600 ?.By the means of changing the CdS quantum dots(QDs)SILAR sensitization times and CdSe QDs deposition time,search for the optimal way of QDs deposition.The QDSCs' best efficiency is 3.75%when the SILAR cycles are 5 times and chemical bath deposition time is 3 hours.3.The Zn-Ti MMO containing different Zn/Al molar ratio were prepared by pyrolysis of layered double hydroxide.These transformation of Zn-Ti LDHs were studied at different anneal temperature.The morphology of Zn-Ti LDHs was regulated by the process of adding surfactant,cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).The Zn-Ti LDHs nanosheet-spheres have been prepared for application in DSSCs as photoanode materials,to further explore the influence of morphology of MMO on the photovoltaic properties.
