The safety high voltage ignition device is an important part of the in-line ignition system,and its function is to provide and control the power suppl y of high voltage ignition.At present,there is no technical research on the safety high voltage ignition device.Based on the background of the demand of Aerospace Military model,the advance technology of the safety high voltage ignition device is studie d in this paper.First at all,this paper introduces the in-line safety ignition system,pulse power technology,electronic safety circuit,as well as the development of the ignition device to determine the high voltage ignition device working principle,com position and the requirements of the overall design.Secondly,the constitute of safe high voltage ignition device internal high voltage circuit,a boost circuit is using a DC/DC high voltage converter module,high voltage storage capacitor and high voltage pulse power switch selection are studied.Thirdly,the hardware and software design of electronic safety circuit,the isolation power supply,micro controller and its peripheral circuit,communication interface,power switch control ignition drive circuit and a high-voltage pulse current control switch driving circuit design are introduced;in the software part,the system main program,communication and communication protocol standard data based on the frame are described.Finally,making the completion of safety high voltage ignition device,test ignition voltage,peak current and other indicators,and the safety high voltage ignition device prototype test and data analysis,function requirements of performance test data meet the safety high voltage ignition device.
