This paper takes the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)model predictive control(MPC)as the research object and has a deeply analysis about the establishment of the PMSM predicting model,the designing method of the cascade PMSM model predictive controller,the speed loop explicit model predictive control,non-cascade Multi-input multi-output MPC controller,model predictive field weakening control.Firstly,the paper established three-phase PMSM mathematical model and analyzes the principle of vector control.Then paper described the basic principle of model predictive control.Based on the mathematical model of PMSM in stationary and rotating coordinate system,paper discusses the principle and realization of vector control scheme and voltage space vector pulse width modulation.The paper studies the basic principles of model predictive control and the mothod of establishment of MPC model.The contents above lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the motor model predictive control system.Secondly,the cascade model predictive controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor is reserched.Based on the PMSM classical cascade current and speed double closed loop control structure,the prediction model of PMSM MPC speed controller,current controller and the design method of MPC controller is discussed in detail.Aiming at the problem of large computation and long calculation period of MPC,the application of explicit model predictive control(EMPC)in speed controller is studied.Based on the above theoretical theory,the paper establishes the simulation model.Compared with the traditional cascade PI regulator,analyzes the advantages of cascaded MPC in dynamic response and anti-load disturbance.Then,non-cascaded multi-input multi-output model predictive control strategy of PMSM is researched.Aiming at the problem that the cascade system is complex and the dynamic response is limited.The comprehensive optimization can not be realized.The design method of non-cascaded structural model predictive control system is studied to realize the simultaneous control of current and speed.Based on the excellent performance of MPC,In order to broaden the speed range of PMSM,proposes a non-cascaded MPC controller with weak magnetic field function by combining the MPC and the field weakening control.Based on the above theory,the simulation model is established to verify the correctness and control performance of the non-cascaded model predictive control strategy compared with the traditional control scheme.Finally,the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control with XMC4500 microprocessor is built and the controlling software is designed to verify the validity and correctness of the research content.The experiment shows that PMSM Model predictive control has better dynamic performance and anti-load disturbance performance.
