Design And Implementation Of Cloud Platform Managed By An Elevator Remote Monitor Based On Internet Of Things

The development of the technology of the Internet of Things provides imagination for equipment intelligence.How the technology of the Internet of Things is better combined with the relevant intelligent equipment is the hotspot of current research.With the rapid development of Chinese high-rise buildings,the use of elevators is getting more and more common.Because of the special requirements of the safety characteristics of the elevator,how to make full use of the technology of the Internet of Things to strengthen the remote monitoring of the elevator to protect the safety of people's life and property is a subject worthy of studying at the moment.Elevator safety management involves a large number of departments and uses appropriate technology.It coordinates with departments of elevator industry chain including the elevator manufa cturing units,use units,maintenance units,inspection units,safety supervision departments and so on to create a "Internet plus elevator safety" elevator emergency response service platform with functions of rapid alarm,timely rescue,risk warning,jo b evaluation,and social supervision,which is the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of the software requirements of the platform,we analyze the software and hardware of data acquisition of different control types.At the same time,we carry out the study on the elevator CPU data collection and storing,cleaning,filtering and mining of the data after collection.T he data application includes running analysis and diagnosis,fault alarm,real-time video surveillance,intelligent analysis of video failure,MIS system management,management level application of membership,KPI assessment,after-sales management and leaflet sending backstage,APP application System and statistical analysis.T hrough the GIS system,some grounds for production management and decision can be provided.Meanwhile,we would obtain and manage the data from the BI library by optimizing the positioning of equipment.Finally,we introduce the detailed functions of the application technology of the Internet of things of elevator and integrated management cloud platform.The integrated management cloud platform is introduced from the basic processing flow chart of the system,the organizational structure of the program system,the module division,the function allocation,the inter face design,the operation design,the data structure design and the security design.The system uses the preferred hybrid communication system and safe and reliable networking to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the network and support wired communications,bus communications,wireless communications and intelligent real-time image transmission.T he Operational performance meets the design requirements.
