The car itself is a very complex system,it is now a concentrated embodiment of industry.Suspension system is a transmission device connected to the chassis and body,its role is to transfer the force and torque between the wheels and the frame,and rely on the structure of elastic attenuation of load and the impact from the ground,thereby reducing the vibration to improve the comfort of the car.The wheel alignment parameters of suspension system such as toe angle,camber angle,caster angle and inclination angle on the kinematics and elastic kinematics characteristics have a great impact,but also the performance of the vehicle and the vehicle is closely linked,is to ensure the good operation stability,economy and safety of important parameters.With the development of robust optimization theory and its application in the field of automobile,this kind of reliable and advanced design thought is more and more important in the field of suspension system design.This paper mainly focuses on the stability analysis of suspension system:1.Discuss the kinematic characteristics of the suspension and the compliance characteristics of the suspension;The K&C characteristic of the suspension is an important indicator of the evaluation of the suspension system;We focus on the impact of the wheel positioning parameters on the kinematic characteristics and what will change of compliance when the wheel are under different forces and torque effect.Introduces the main test methods of suspension experiment and the contents of vehicle handling stability.2.Introduce the theory and optimization method of robustness optimization.With the Robust optimization development,a lot of optimization theory were produced.In this,we will study Taguchi robustness method and multi-objective optimization method.One represents the birth of the theory of robustness;The other one is the experts and scholars in the continuous summary of previous theoretical research on the basis of the current stage of a more practical method.3.Based on the parameters of our reference vehicle suspension and vehicle system,we want build a virtual prototype model.We will be based on Adams/car specifically for the development of automotive dynamics software to build front and rear suspension and vehicle model,and based on the previously mentioned K&c characteristics of the experimental method in the software for targeted simulation test?4.According to the optimization theory,the stability of the suspension system is optimized;We will use the Kriging model to fit the original dynamics model,In the analysis of the characteristics of the suspension K&c characteristics of the larger parameters as an optimization variable on the suspension of the hard coordinates of the robustness optimization and optimization of the rigidity of the bushing.5.Comparison of the simulation before and after the simulation of the curve obtained,and analysis of optimized vehicle handling stability.The simulation results show that the main performance of the suspension is optimized before optimization.The stability of the vehicle after optimization is analyzed by three standard experimental methods:steering position,steady state rotation and double transfer line.And put forward our point of view.
