With the continuous development of economy and continuous improvement of the national infrastructure,total area of public building in our country account for an increasing proportion.The most majority of the public buildings are high energy consumption constructure due to it's huge construction area and the function characteristic.Government emphasized that large public buildings is one of the key point of building energy efficiency for many times,so it is particularly important and urgent for energy conservation of public buildings under the circumstances of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Poly international plaza which is typical large public building in Changsha is selected as the the research object in this paper,the annual dynamic load simulation was carried out based on the meteorological parameters of the typical meteorological year in Changsha with the help of DeST,then the annual dynamic load characteristic curve was obtained.Secondly,the paper analyzes the thermal performance of the building envelope,and studies whether the envelope is energy-saving.Building envelope trade-off option is needed to carry out to determine whether the overall building performance to meet the requirements as part of the envelope does not meet the energy saving standards.Then analyze the energy-saving potential of building envelope and compare the influence of the parameters of envelope on building load.Finally,the HVAC system scheme of the building podium area,office area and hotel area is selected,the feasibility and economy are compared by DeST simulating to determine the appropriate air conditioning system scheme.Then we determined the reasonable temperature difference is 8? and it's more energy saving for all-air system to use the whole heat recovery way.Hotel area with reasonable intermittent operation mode is not only energy but also to meet the comfort requirements.The paper analyzes the energy-saving of the building envelope and the system based on actual engineering,we hope to provide reference case for public building energy-saving research and promote the process of energy-saving reconstruction of public buildings.
