The Development Of Test Equipment For ATP Board With Central Processing Unit

A train controlling on-board ATP system is a typical safety-critical system that undertakes the significant functionality of safeguarding the train operation.Therefore the system needs to meet extremely strict requirements.After being manufactured,the ATP devices are required to undergo a series of tests before the regular application.The board-level tests are important procedures among the tests,which is used to guarantee that there is no manufacturing defect on the hardware.This article mainly presents the development procedures of the testing device for the controlling functionality boards in the train controlling on-board ATP devices,including the requirement analysis,overall design,software and hardware design of the device,integration test and application,and finally the production of the reliable board-level testing devices.The procedures described herein are of high practical value.The following tasks are accomplished in this article.1.Analysis of the requirement of board-level tests for the controlling functionality boards in the train controlling on-board ATP devices.Clarification of the overall plan of the project.And according to the system requirements,complete the overall design of the equipment;2.Combine the overall design of the equipment and complete the selection of system key technologies,including the reuse design based on virtual instruments,the use of UML modeling,and the use of fault tree analysis to complete the test case design.3.Develop software and hardware of the device according to the structure design and requirement analysis of the system,mainly include the DSP part of equipment,PC software design and equipment hardware schematic design;4.Completion of verification testing of board-level test equipment to verify the availability of this document;The development of the devices aiming at board-level testing of the controlling functionality boards in the train controlling on-board ATP devices is described herein,which can detect the hardware problems and it is already put into practical use-in the production tests of the company.
