Spline is an important part of military armored vehicle integrated transmission system,which has direct influence on quality and endurance of integrated transmission system.Interactive dynamic simulation of spline is an important part of modern design method for integrated transmission system in virtual environment.However,the current study doesn't comprehensively analyze the dynamic rule,the results of current simulation model can't represent the effect of spline design on spline performance neither.The interactive dynamic simulation of spline in virtual environment is less done.Spline assembly feature model is established based on GPS(Dimensional and Geometrical Product Specification and Verification)and SDT(Small Displacement Theory),and the spline dynamic model is presented based on collision dynamic.The implementation of interactive dynamic simulation of spline in virtual environment is done and design parameters' effect on spline performance is studied.The main contents include:The information for the real-time dynamics simulation in virtual environment is analyzed.Virtual model is built with the guide of GPS standard and SDT theory.On the foundation of Multi-body dynamic theory,collision theory of multi-rigid and Hertz contact theory,the move states of spline during transmission is researched,and the relation between spline dynamic and clearance of tooth side and radial direction of spline is analyzed,based on which the spline dynamic model is built.Meanwhile,based on OCC,a tools database of computer graphic,and Vortex,a dynamic engine,interactive simulation of spline is implemented in virtual environment on C++ platform.At the end,this paper studies the spline of second shaft and CL gear of integrated transmission system,analyzes the spline performance under different accuracy and clearance,researches the design parameters' effect on spline.This article achieves the integration of database information management and makes an innovative exploration of real-time interactive dynamics simulation in virtual environment of spline,which provides a new way of gear transmission dynamics and the foundation of the study for comprehensive transmission in the future.
