Friction pendulum bearing is one of several common isolation bearings.It is important for reducing vibration isolation of the structure of the bridge.The continuous beam as the oldest and most common forms of bridge structure,widely used in the infrastructure construction of our country.The continuous beam structure are damaged seriously and the destructive features are obvious in the earthquake.After theoretical research and experimental tests,it is found that using the friction pendulum bearing to the continuous beam structure can obviously reduce the seismic damage of the bridge structure.This paper uses the numerical simulation method to study the seismic performance of the long-span continuous beam structure of the friction pendulum bearing.The main research contents are as follows:Through the relevant literature,we compared to the design of the bridge at home and abroad.The research status of the friction pendulum bearing and the structure of the friction pendulum bearing is discussed.The structure and the mechanism of the friction pendulum bearing were introduced in detail.The whole process of the equivalent linearization of the friction pendulum bearing and the analysis of the bridge structure with the friction pendulum bearing was given.The paper discussed details of the model.Three comparative studies on vibration reduction performance were established.The differences in the dynamic characteristics of the three schemes are compared and the superiority of the seismic response of the bridge structure is described from the vertical bridge and the transverse bridge.The seismic response parameters of the bridge were analyzed.The paper studied the effect of bearing parameters(the radius of curvature of the bearing,the friction coefficient of the friction surface),seismic wave intensity and the bearings direction coupling on the seismic response of the structure.The seismic response of continuous beams of different structures was discussed and two kinds of research schemes were established.By changing the pier height to form a continuous beam with different pier height.The seismic response of continuous beams with different structural parameters was summarized.
