| Biochemical test is one of the important way for the doctor determine the patient condition, through to the human body fluids test can be used to measure the biochemical indexes of them, biochemical analyzer is used to measure the body fluids of various biochemical indexes of analytical instruments, it can accurately and quickly provide test data for the doctor and chemical inspection personnel, plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and chemical inspection. But most domestic production of automatic biochemical analyzer use disc type, it can’t casually increase and decrease samples, therefore the number of samples did a lot of restrictions, and because the single version of automatic biochemical analyzer, if in the case of hospital patients a lot, for participants to take a long time to get results. So increasing the number of samples, improve the detection speed is the main direction of domestic automatic biochemical analyzer research.This article first introduced the overview, development and classification of biochemical analyzer, combined with automatic biochemical analyzer in the state of development at home and abroad are elaborated in this paper, we study the content, significance, this paper expounds the principle, composition and the working process of the automatic biochemical analyzer, biochemical analyzer is emphasized sample track module design and simulation.The research and simulation of biochemical analyzer sample track module including the establishment of the track model, the control of the track model and the simulation of the track model. First the external track is divided into injection track, intermediate track and back to sample track, respectively to design of each module, and finally establish the model, finally put them together. Then the whole control system is divided into three subsystems, and it use CANopen communication protocol to implement the communication among each subsystem, finally put the subsystems together. Finally the simulation of external track is divided into three parts, each part is finished by the software of SolidWorks, then put three parts together. |
