Cardiovascular disease has brought new challenges to human health, and has become a global public health problem. Heart sound is a vibration signal generated by movement of the heart, it can reflect the situation of the human heart, while providing a variety of information of atrium, ventricle, blood vessels and other parts of the valve associated with cardiovascular disease. Thus, cardiovascular disease pathology information will be reflected in the heart sounds. These heart sound carry the pathology information, and there are characteristics in many diseases. Finding an effective characteristic parameters for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease have a greater value. In recent years, there are a lot of heart sound feature extraction and analysis methods, but multi-parameter analysis feature is not much. Therefore, this paper extracted five characteristic parameters which were analyzed and compared with heart sounds, and achieved this multi-feature extraction and analysis of heart sound system on the LabVIEW platform.Firstly, average value of instantaneous frequency heart sounds, the energy standard deviation, skewness, steepness and border spectrum ratio are obtained by using HHT decomposition.Secondly, heart sound feature extraction and analysis are designed as a whole system. Heart sound system includes two modules named capture module and feature extraction module, and introduce the relevant knowledge of LabVIEW development platform.Finally, heart sound feature extraction and analysis system is realized. In the heart sound acquisition module, homemade heart sound sensor is used to acquire heart sound signals, and to de-noising, intercept and save. In feature extraction module, heart sound feature are extracted to get their characteristic parameters.This paper selects 10 kinds of heart sounds type, the normal heart sound, premature heart sound, gallop heart sound, open valve tone, contraction in advanced Kara tone, aortic regurgitation, aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, mitral and tricuspid regurgitation Stenosis. 110 sets of heart sound characteristic parameter are extracted to do comparative analysis, it is concluded that the parameters of these five characteristics in the characterization of these heart sounds have their own characteristics, the study of cardiac events and early clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease have potential applications.
