The Clinical Observation Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Mixed Cold And Heat Syndrome With The Treatment Of Anwei Decoction

Objective:This research through clinical randomized controlled trial,study the Anwei Decoction in the treatment of cold and heat syndromes of digestive dysfunction of effectiveness and effects of motilin and gastrin levels,provide a new basis for the clinical application and research development of Anwei Decoction.Methods:According to the Rome III diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia and TCM syndrome of intermingled type diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia,40 cases of the study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group two groups,each group of 20 cases,thetreatment group to take the traditional Chinese medicine Anwei Decoction treatment,andthe control group were treated with western medicine treatment of Domperidone Tablets and Compound Azintamide Enteric-coated Tablets,the treatment time of the two groups was two months:The TCM symptoms integral,Clinical efficacy and motilin and gastrin level changes observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment:The test data were analyzed by SPSS17:0 software for statistical analysis,count data using X2 test measurement data using t test.Result:After two months treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 85% and 75% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):In the treatment group after abdominal fullness,abdominal noisy,abdominal pain,main symptom score than before treatment significantly reduced,compared with control group outside,the rest of the symptom scores were better than the control group of Western medicine,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),secondary symptoms early anorexia,belching,acid regurgitation,loose stools,treatment obviously decreased,and the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)that treatment group in improving symptoms than the control group:The treatment group can effectively improve the level of motilin and gastrin:Compared with the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Anwei Decoction in the treatment of cold and heat syndromes of digestive dysfunction clinical curative effect,no obvious toxic and side effects,good safety and affect patients of motilin and gastrin levels:(2)Anwei Decoction in the treatment of cold and heat syndromes of digestive dysfunction mechanism may be associated with the patients the level of motilin and gastrin.
