Objective Brain malignant glioma is highly malignant, rapid growth can lead to serious damage to the central nervous system, endangering the lives of patients. Treatment method is mainly based on the operation, because the tumor tissue and normal brain tissue boundaries difficult to distinguish, complete resection of tumor tissue is difficult. The evaluation of prognosis is mainly based on survival rate and imaging data, and the clinical treatment strategy appears to be lagging behind. So it is very urgent to find a timely and accurate evaluation index of the patients' prognosis. In this study, serum levels of TGF- and GFAP were detected by GFAP and TGF-?, and their clinical significance were discussed. The survival and prognosis of patients with glioma were evaluated. The quality of life and survival rate were improved. Methods 60 cases of glioma patients with glioma?-?,24 cases of temporal lobe,18 cases of frontal lobe,18 cases of parietal lobe, were confirmed by operation. In 60 patients,36 patients (including 12 cases of needle aspiration biopsy), and 24 cases with complete resection were performed. Reference standards are the naked eye to observe whether the tumor is retained.Kamofsky score of 60 points or more, no obvious signs of chemotherapy, all signed informed consent to receive chemotherapy. Male 32 cases, female 28 cases, age 22?68 years old. Grade?24 cases, grade ? 36 cases. All patients were treated with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2 to 4 weeks after the start of radiotherapy, radiotherapy before CT simulation, combined with preoperative and postoperative brain enhancement MRI for the target area, GTV for postoperative residual tumor, CTV for the MRIT2 of the CM phase, PTV for CTV 1 to 2 Gy/30,2 cm, 60 F,1/d,5 TMZ, first days after radiation therapy,42 150?200,28 TMZ mg/m2,2/d, 1 mg/m2,1 D, first cycles,6 d 5.At the end of first days, fifth days after operation,3 mL,2 h, and -80 were collected from the end of the treatment. Double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the concentration of GFAP and TGF-P in serum, and the operation was carried out strictly according to the instruction. Results (1) the median survival time and survival of 60 patients with cerebral glioma were compared with Log-Rank test, the results showed that age, tumor resection, postoperative KPS score, preoperative tumor diameter were significantly different (P< 0.05), which indicated that there was no significant difference between gender and number of lesions (P>0.05).(2) the short-term efficacy:36 cases, complete remission (CR) 20 cases, partial remission (PR) in 10 cases,83.3% cases (30/36),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), PD, NC,, PR, CR, P, and the difference was statistically significant (>0.05).(3) the long-term effects of:6 were,42,24,12,54,2,1,,, and 3, respectively.6 months,1 years,2 years,3 years of survival rate were 90%,70%, 40%,20%. The survival rate of tumor complete resection, partial resection, needle aspiration biopsy is gradually reduced, and the more complete the tumor resection combined with the concurrent chemotherapy, the higher the survival rate is.(4) GFAP and TGF-? concentrations were compared before and after operation, and the serum concentrations of P, GFAP, and TGF-? were significantly lower than those of the patients with complete resection, TGF-?, GFAP, P<0.05, GFAP, P<0.05, TGF- and TGF-?, and the difference was statistically significant (GFAP), compared with that in patients with P<0.05.(5) adverse reactions:all patients had ???no toxicity reaction; ??? 9 cases were inhibited by cases,12 cases of gastrointestinal reaction and 32 cases of brain injury. Conclusion GFAP, TGF- beta has important value in the clinical treatment of brain malignant glioma, and it is an ideal serum tumor marker. TMZ combined with synchronous radiotherapy to inhibit the expression of GFAP and TGF-?, so that the invasion of malignant glioma cells decreased, the treatment effect is good, the side effect is mild, the clinical application prospect is good. Its specific mechanism of action is not clear, need further research.
