Scientific Examination Of The Self-made Scale Of Patient Reported Outcome For Endometrial Dysfuction Disease

Objective:Through the use of the self-made scale of outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease which is dvelopted by our group earlily to suffer from the clinical investigation in patients with endometrial dysfuction disease,and the reliability and validity of scale and reflect the degree of scientific evaluation,to establish a more comprehensive,curative and practical evaluation method of clinical effect of endometriosis.Methods:This study uses the self-made scale of outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease which is the result of the preliminary work of our research group.102 patients with endometriosis who were diagnosed,included and excluded criteria were selected,and they separately fill in the self-made scale of outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease,and EHP-5 scale in Chinese before and after treatment,the course of treatment is 4 weeks,and the results separately formulate the database with Excel table,then the data is analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.We use the internal consistency reliability(usually expressed by Cronbach'?lpaha coefficient)and split-? to assess the reliability of the scale,and the structure validity assessment of the scale is assessed by factor analysis,and using Spearman rank correlation analysis to assess the content validity and criterion validity of the scale(the EHP-5 scale in Chinese which have the great influence and is recognized by the world as control),through measuring before and after treatmen to test the degree of reflection of the scale.Results:The Cronbach'?lpaha and coefficients of the preliminary scale for the first time and after treatment are 0.843 and 0.708,and the split-? coefficients of the two results of the measurment before and after is 0.864 and 0.712.Except the item 6,the item21,the item 26,the other24 item have the strong correlation(all P<0.001)with the field which the item belongs to,and each item can better represents the topic in the field of the subordinate.The self-made scale of patient reported outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease and the EHP-5 scale in Chinese has a good correlation with total score(correlation coefficient is 0.697,P<0.001).In the structure validity,the results of the Bartllet test is P<0.001,and the value of KMO is 0.666,and 5 features extracted from the roots of common factor which is greater than 1,the cumulative variance contribution rate of the initial scale from the 5 features is 54.836.The self-made scale of patient reported outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease of each item,dimensions and total score before treatment and after treatment score differences are statiscally significicant(all P<0.001),indicating that the responsibility is good,and can sensitively reflect the change of the health status of patients with the change of the time.In the feasibility analysis,the acceptance rate of the preliminary scale(100%)and the completion rate(88.25%)the preliminary scale are relatively good,and the average time of competing the scale is 11.8 minutes.Conclusions:The self-made scale of patient reported outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease which is developed by our group earlily is used by this topic is verified with good feasibility,good reliability,good validity and good degree of the reaction,and systicly,comprehensicly,accuratly reflect the most concerned about clinical problems of the patients of endometrial dysfunction disease,and has a unique characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine.The preliminary scale of patient reported outcome for endometrial dysfuction disease supplemented the clinical efficacy evaluation system of endometrial dysfuction disease,can be used as one of the most importent tools of the clinical efficacy evaluation of the traditional Chinese midicine for the patients of endometrial dysfuction disease.It also can be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.It increases the methodology reference for the other diseases which will establish the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of quality of life scale.In addition,the development of the scale which needs continuous clinical investigation,revision and improvement,is a long-term and repeated work.
