Lower Cervical Facet Dislocation Efficacy Of Surgical Treatment

Dislocation of the lower cervical facet joint dislocation is also referred to as the small joint dislocation,the injury mechanism is mainly for the flexion distraction injury,the unilateral joint dislocation in the flexion of the violence on the basis of the external force.This kind of injury of cervical spine stability,with varying degrees of spinal cord injury,severe cases can lead to paralysis and even endanger life.Surgical treatment of such injuries is mainly divided into anterior surgery,posterior approach and anterior and posterior approach surgery.Objective: The aim of this paper is to 38 cases of patients with cervical facet joint dislocation were retrospectively analyzed,and the preoperative,postoperative nerve rating,JOA score,operation time and the amount of bleeding were statistically analyzed,so as to lower cervical facet joint dislocation treatment options reference.Datas: From February 2014 to May 2015 in the trauma emergency center of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University,38 cases were treated with cervical spine internal fixation and the data of the patients were completely preserved.Among them,male 32,female 6,age 22-78 years old,average 47.03 years old.Facet joint dislocation segments is: C3-4 vertebral body in 6 cases,C4-5 vertebral body in 7 cases,C5-6 vertebral body in 16 cases,C6-7 vertebral body in 8 cases,C7-T1 vertebral body in 1 cases.Unilateral dislocation of the joint in 5 cases,bilateral dislocation of the joint in 33 cases.JOA score and ASIA spinal cord injury rating were performed in all patients after admission.The amount of blood loss,operation time,JOA score and ASIA spinal cord injury rating of each group were recorded after surgey.Methods: The income data using statistical software SPSS17.0 analysis,measurement data obey normal distribution by using(?)±S,select the appropriate statistical analysis method.Results: The anterior group in Operation time and bleeding amount is lower than the posterior and anterior-posterior group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;JOA score compared with the group between postoperative JOA score before operation were improved(P<0.05),no significant difference among different groups to improve the rate.Conclusion: Surgical treatment of lower cervical facet joint dislocation can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.Anterior operation in the operation time,the amount of bleeding during surgery is lower than the posterior group and anterior-posterior group,but there was no significant difference among the three groups,the choice of surgical approach need to be considered.
