A Study About The Law Of The Medication Of TCM Arthralgic Syndrome From The Doctors Of The School Of Root-securing Origin-supplementing In Xin’an District

Objective:With the help of the software named Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,analyze and summarize the rules of medication about TCM arthralgic syndrome treatment of the doctors of the school of root-securing origin-supplementing from Xin’an medicine;Professor Li Jiren from Xin’an district,one of the“five old”rheumatism,advocating Wang Ji’s ideas of root-securing origin-supplementing,inherits and develops the ideas of treatment of TCM arthralgic syndrome.And the clinical cases,meeting the criteria,were analyzed by TCMISS.Lastly analyze the similarities and differences between them.Methods:Seeing Wannan medical college library and the first affiliated hospital of Wannan medical college,also named Yiji moutain hospital,national physician master studio as a platform,collected and sorted up the clinical cases and clinical experience of the school of root-securing origin-supplementing.Strictly according to the inclusion criteria,there were 6medical experts,130 medical cases and 106 prescriptions.With TCMISS,adopt the methods of data mining such as the specification analysis,improved mutual information method and clustering analysis of the complex system entropy to provide frequency analysis,rule analysis and clustering analysis for 106 prescriptions.It will produce commonly used drugs,drug pairs,the core combination drugs and common prescription.Furthermore,it summarizes the medication rules of TCM arthralgic syndrome about the school of root-securing origin-supplementing in xin’an medicine.Compare the TCM arthralgic syndrome medication rules of 34 typical clinical cases stemming from the papers which were published in the last five years of National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and books had been published.Result:1.There are 141 drugs of treatment of TCM arthralgic syndrome in six doctors’ medical cases and the total frequency of using drugs is 1035 times.The drugs with the highest frequency are Atractylodes,ginseng,honey-fried licorice root,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,poria,pericarpiu citri reticulatae,Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae,cortex cinnam omi,wood fangchi,aconite,Rhizoma Chuanxiong;The top10 drugs use frequency are respectively ginseng-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalar,ginseng-radixangelicaesinensis,ginseng-poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-poria,honey-fride licorice root-poria,honey-fried licorice root-Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephalae,honey-fried licorice root-ginseng,Rhizoma Atrcctylodis Macrocephalae-radixangelicaesinensis,gindeng-wood fangchi,pericarium citri teticulatae-poria.It will produce 9 new prescriptions.2.Using TCMISS as a platform deals with the clinical cases from professor Li Jiren and records and finishes prescriptions.Basing on many aspects and multi-angle analysis,we can summarize the differences and similarities between professor Li and the ancient physicians above,at the same time also for the future of clinical work to provide practical and meaningful value.Conclusion:This topic systematically extracted medical cases about TCM arthralgic syndrome from the doctors of the school of root-securing origin-supplementing in Xin’an district.It summarized the core prescription and traditional Chinese medicine,frequently-used drug combination and new prescription based upon analysis.Through the comparison of similarities and differences,Professor Li Jiren inherited and carried forward academic thoughts of the school of root-securing origin-supplementing in Xin’an medicine.It made the topic be more modern research significance by combining ancient literature research with current clinical practice of Prof.Li.
