Objective: In this study,collected main producing areas of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo resources especially in Guangxi.Measured the drying rate of sample and do the qualitative analysis.This paper comparative analysis the main effective ingredients of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Study on the extraction technology and fingerprint of the components,in order to further quality control of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,screening out the fine varieties for breeding,accelerate Guangxi Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo industry scale development and have a important significance in the promotion of regional economic development in Guangxi and provide scientific basis.Methods: Take the methods of field collection,collecte the fresh sample part of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo in the part of Dendrobium production base in Guangxi.Drying under the same conditions,Study in the relationship between the drying rate and the environment of the sample from different regions.Identification of samples by TLC and infrared spectrum identification experiment.Determined the main effective components polysaccharides by Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometry,then extraction and purification.Optimization of extraction condition of total alkaloids from Dendrobium candidum and determined the content by UV spectrophotometry.To develop a method for studying the HPLC fingerprints of the total alkaloids in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.To form a multi index quality control system to ensure the quality of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Results: Establish a TLC identification method for Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.The results showed that the spots of the same color displayed on the corresponding position of the chromatography of the control medicinal materials,the difference of the intensity of the spots in different producing areas,the results showed that there was a certain difference in the content of the individual due to environmental conditions.But the number of spots on the TLC and the position of the spots are roughly the same,the reproducibility is good,Therefore,TLC can be used as reference for the identification of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Determined the samples of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo from different origin by infrared spectrum.The results showed that different areas of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo has a similar IR picture and has the same characteristic peak of infrared spectrum.Proved the characteristic structure in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.So it can be used as an indicator for identification of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.The content of Dendrobium polysaccharides and total alkaloids were determined by UV spectrophotometry,the extraction process of total alkaloids was investigated,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined,Determination of the content of the samples from different producing areas.Results show that due to the different origin of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo have the difference in geographical position,then the total polysaccharide and total alkaloid content were differences.Most of the total polysaccharides of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo can reach more than 30%,the total alkaloid of about 0.11~0.27mg/g.In the study of the 12 producing areas,the total polysaccharide content was higher in Lipu of Guilin,The total alkaloid contents were higher in Santang of Nanning.Finally,To analyze the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of the total alkaloids in Dendrobium officinaleKimura et Migo.The results show that the sample similarity between the 10 areas was good,and it can be provided as a reference for the quality control of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Conclusion(s): The resource of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo in Guangxi is abundant and widely distributed,the utilization of the resources of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo also has great potential for development,The content of effective components are higher in Nanning and Guilin of Guangxi,TLC and infrared spectrum can be as a method for identification of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo and UV points spectrophotometric and HPLC can distinguish the quality of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,So as to screen out the high quality varieties.
