The Effect Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation On The Treatment Of Nerve Defect Of Acute Cerebral Stroke

ObjectiveTo prove the affect of Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on the treatment of nerve defect of acute cerebral stroke.Methods90 cases of acute cerebral stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of living in the hospital,and each group included 45 cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy but the observation group was given Traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy. After three weeks we would to observe the of Neurologic deficits and clinical therapeutic effects.ResultsAfter the treatment, the NIHSS of observation group (7.28±0.63) is higher than the control group(10.59±0.97),and it has statistical significance; On the quality of life score, the observation group is also better than the other group, and it has also statistical significance; In the aspect of clinical effect,the observation group is 91.1% which is significantly higher than the control group(75.6%),and it has also statistical significance.ConclusionThe TCM of Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation is advantageous to protect and repair of neural function in patients with acute cerebral stroke;It can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and the patient’s quality of life.
