BackgroundIn recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the change of atmospheric environment became more and more obvious, especially in winter and spring in the northern part of China. There is a significant increase in the number of foggy days due to the immoderate usage of heating equipment.Nowadays the situation is still not optimistic although countries have put in a lot of effort. At the same time, the morbidity of respiratory infections also has an increasing trend. The second date of death is respiratory infections in the worldwide According to WHO,in China, the first cause of death in children and rural population is respiratory infections.Respiratory infections are usually caused by bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma pneumoniae, etc. It’s difficult to be diagnosed according to clinical symptoms only because it has no specific clinical performance as it may be caused by different pathogen, thus doctors often need conduct laboratory tests to have an accurate diagnosis. At present, although there are many detection methods(such as tissue culture method,ELISA,PCR,gene chip etc),limitations still present. In order to find a simpler and more efficient way to analyze the situation of respiratory infections,we chose this topic.ObjectiveTo analysis distribution of 9 pathogens in 3912 patients with respiratory tract infection with indirect immunofluorescence in Jiaozuo. To provide information for the early diagnosis and correct treatment of respiratory tract infection.MethodsSera from 3912 infections patients from jiaozuo coal central hospital were collected, indirect immuno-fluorescence was applied to detect Ig M to Legonella pneumophila(LP),Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),Q rickettsia(COX),Chlamydia pneumoniae(CP),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(ADV),influenza A virus(IFA),influenza B virus(IFB),parainfluenza virus(PIVS).To analysis the different rate of different sex, different seasons. To analysis the reason of formation.ResultsIn 3912 cases of specimens, positive rate was 62.96%(2463/3912),single pathogen positive rate was 48.35%(1892/3912),The order of MP32.78%(621/1892),IFB28.98%(549/1892),LP14.49%(274/1892),PIVS12.59%(239/1892),RSV5.94%(112/1892),ADV2.37%(45/1892),CP1.42%(24/1892),COX1.19%(23/1892),IFA0.24%(5/1892);mixed infection rate was 14.61%(572/3912);2 mixed infection of pathogen detection rate was 7.71%(201/3912);The first is MP+IFB(44.78%);The second is MP+LP(14.93%),The third is IFB+PIVS(8.96%);3 mixed infection pathogens detection rate was 4.72%(182/3912),the former two,in turn is LP+IFB+PIVS(48.45%)and MP+IFB+LP(37.36%),4 mixed infection pathogens detection rate was 2.30%(90/3912);mainly composed of MP+LP+IFB+PIVS mode(50.00%).In different seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, nine kinds of pathogen infection detection rate of 57.63%,55.46%,60.36 and 77.61%,LP and MP,IFB and RSV detection rate in different season have obvious difference(p < 0.05);2439 male patients nine pathogen detection rate was 61.30%(1495/2439),1473 cases of female patients with pathogen positive rate was 65.72%(968/1473),all sorts of pathogen detection rate has no obvious differences between different genders(p > 0.05).ConclusionPathogenic detection rate is higher in Jiaozuo, mainly in the form of MP、IFB、LP、 PIVS.Pathogen detection rate is higher in winter and spring but there is nothing to do with sex.Virus was detected mainly in winter and spring while MP is in summer、autumn MP was detected mainly in the winter and summer.
