Many studies had shown that unreasonable sports training would damage structure and function of heart.Increased exhaustive exercise overweighted load of heart,leaded to damage structural of heart,function of heart was accompanied by degenerative changes,thus the energy metabolism of heart was affected.Acer truncatum Bunge oil as a new type of oil had a good use,which contained rich essential fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acids,some studies had shown that essential fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid could improve the body’s motion ability.Therefore,the objective of this experiment was the effects of Acer truncatum oil on increased exhaustive exercise performance ability,structure injury and energy metabolism in the myocardial of male SD rats was discussed.Providing some theoretical and practical basis for the application of Acer truncatum oil in the field of sports medicine,but also for study of the new effect of Acer truncatum oil as the new resources of food in the future.Method:(1)Acer truncatum oil was extracted by the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction equipment in experiment,physicochemical index and composing component of extracted the oil fatty acid wasdetected by GC-MS;(2)Experiment used 7 weeks old 50 male SD rats,weight were(270±30)g,these rats were randomly divided into 5groups: control group(C),placebo control group(E),low dose group(EL),medium dose group(EM),high dose group(EH),each group had 10 rats.Rats of three dose exhaustion group were gavaged Acer truncatum Bunge oil at dose of 0.21 m L/kg,0.42 m L/kg,0.63mL/kg every day,C group and E group were gavaged physiological saline at the same dose of EL group,for 6 weeks,C group was executed at the last day,accordind to the Bedford et al of treadmill training model and slightly modified established incremental load exhaustive exercise training model,rats of all exhaustive group ran to increased exhaustive exercise were killed immediately,blood and heart samples were collected,the content of myocardial mitochondria,ALP,ATP,CK,Cyt C,LDH,SDH reflected the energy metabolism index in the heart and ACP,AST,MDA,anatomical morphology,tissue morphology reflected myocardial injury index were detected respectively,the changes of body weight of the rats and time of exhaustive exercise were measured.Results:(1)Physicochemical index of extracted the acer truncatum oil accorded with the national standard,Acer truncatum oil was detected that contained 12 kinds of fatty acids by GC-MS.(2)SD rats of three acer truncatum oil dose exhaustive groups of the running time were longer than E group,which running time of rats of EL group was longer than E group significantly(P<0.01);(3)Rats ate Acer truncatum oil,myocardial tissue injury changed after exhaustive exercise: the appearance of the cardiac anatomy was dark red,the surface of coronary vascular were filling and atrialventricular wall and cavity were expanded.Compared with the C group,the organization structure of the exhausted group was damaged,the activity of ACP of EL group was reduced significantly(P<0.01),the activity of MDA of EL group was decreased significantly(P<0.05),the content of MDA of EH group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05),the content of AST and ACP of E group,EM group,EH group,and the content of AST of EL group,the content of MDA of E group,EM group,did not increase significantly(P>0.05),compared with E group,three dose of exhaust group were improved,the content of ACP of EL group was reduced significantly(P<0.01),the content of ACP,AST and MDA of EH and EM group,the content of AST and MDA of EL group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05);(4)Rats ate Acer truncatum oil,myocardial energy metabolism changed after exhaustive exercise: Compared with the E group,the content of mitochondria of EL group and EM group were increased significantly(P<0.01),EH group did not increased significantly(P>0.05);the content of CK of EL group were increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of LDH of EM group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),the content of SDH of EL group were increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of ALP and ATP of three dose groups and the content of CK,SDH of EH group did not increased significantly(P>0.05),the content of CK,SDH of EM group the content of LDH of EL,EH group did not reduced significantly(P>0.05);compared with C group,the content of mitochondria of E group was decreased significantly(P<0.01),EH group was increased significantly(P<0.05),EL group and EM group were not increased significant(P>0.05);the content of LDH of EL,Egroup were increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of ALP,SDH of E,EM,EH group and the content of ATP of E group and the content of CK,LDH of EM group were not decreased significantly(P>0.05),the content of ALP,CK,SDH of EL group and the content of ATP of E group,EM group,EH group and the content of CK,LDH of EH group were not increased significantly(P>0.05);the content of cytochrome C of EL group was highest,Acer truncatum oil group and group C and E were compared,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Physicochemical index of extracted the acer truncatum oil accorded with the national standard in this experimental,and SD rats did not show abnormal after gavage in the daily animal experiment;(2)Rats can improve exhaustive exercise time significantly that ate Acer truncatum oil according to the set of low doses in this experimental;cavity of heart of rats were enlarged,cardiac systolic function and diastolic function were improved,activity of myocardial injury enzyme indexes was reduced,the content of myocardial mitochondria and activity of energy metabolism enzyme indexes were increased,accompanied by the content of LDH was decreased,anaerobic metabolism capacity can be weakened,aerobic metabolism capacity can be improved,the damaged of myocardial tissue structure can be decreased and the function of heart can be enhanced,therefore the ability of body sport expression can be improved.
