Our hospital management experienced operation management, business management stage, and then entered the era of strategic management. Hospital strategic management can help improve the efficiency of hospital management; promote the hospital managers pondering the relationship between the development of the hospital and social tolerance in comprehensive long term, reduce costs, optimize service, improve management functions; To maintain sustainable development of hospitals, hospital management can direct the administrator to make the right decisions upon the environment and possible opportunities of their own conditions.In the dissertation, depicted the actual situation of X hospital as for the study model, through literature research, practical research and the use of SWOT analysis method, this thesis analyzed the situation of the hospital, understood the development of the hospital situation, certainly the outcome of hospital development and also requested the requirements of future development, and selected the theoretical knowledge, made out the strategic management improvement strategies, Proposed safeguards implemented strategic management, and the results obtained on this basis.First, the dissertation reviewed the social co ntext, content, purpose of the study, and presented research ideas and methods; and focused on the strategic management methods applied to the study of X hospital strategy development, research methods, and the guidance for the development of specific strategies.Secondly, based on the reality of hospital X, found all kinds of problems existed in strategic management and the need of improvement.This thesis used SWOT analysis method strategic analysis to analyse the future development of hospital X, to sum up the future advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the hospital development, and proposes specific improving program strategies.Finally, this dissertation discussed the safeguards measures taken in the strategic management of hospital X, including the hospital culture, organization and control means and etc., and focused on the basic understanding and methods which were needed to be adhere in the implementation of the strategic development of hospital X, discussed the achievable targets of hospital X in strategic management improvement, and discussed the future strategic management of hospital X needed to pay attention to.
