The Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Discectomy Postoperative Syndrome (Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To explore the Clinical Observation of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation discectomy postoperative syndrome(blood stasis type). Methods: 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation discectomy postoperative syndrome(blood stasis type),were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases(group A), 30 cases of the control group(group B).Two groups were treated with Mecobalamin Capsules and performed back muscle function exercise,and who were respectively treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(group A) and Shentong Zhuyu Decoction(group B) for 4 weeks.To analyse statistically in efficacy of before and after treatmeat between TCM symptom score,the VAS score and ODI score of all two rapies.Result:The results show that the two groups of patients before treatment of TCM symptom score,VAS score and ODI score had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);after 2 weeks and 4 weeks two groups of patients with VAS score decreased significantly(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,while the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group TCM symptom score and TCM symptoms curative effect was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);ODI score compared two groups,two weeks after treatment the treatment group and control group two groups improved,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group than the control group improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,in improving the efficacy of TCM and symptom scores, VAS score significantly better than the efficacy evaluation Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.Therefore,Huoxue Tongluo Decoction is worthy to be further researched and developed and applied.
