| Objective:To survey infection in Yersinia enterocolitica between local patients with diarrhea and livestock and poultry, insect flies Carry status in;Study on the etiology and molecular biology Yersinia enterocolitica and the relationship between the host animal carrier and crowd; To provid a scientific basis for the development of appropriate countermeasures.Methods:To make a research and experiment on etiology and molecular according to the prescribed procedures of version II andlll in Chinese CDC compiled "Isolation and identification of the etiology of Yersinia enterocolitica manual laboratory".Results:In recent years,109Yersinia enterocolitica specimens were isolated from 1521 diarrhea patients and livestock poultry, Diarrhea patient specimens 467 points, livestock, poultry and flies specimen is 670 copies,and the positive rate were 4.11%and 11.04%, respectively, all strains were confirmed by bioMerieux API 20E biochemical tests. different specimens detected pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica strain, the virulence genes are distributed ail+, ystA+, yadA+, virF+, rfbC+, ystB-, but pathogenic strains do not carry these virulence factors; pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica PFGE subtyping tests confirmed that diagram with a highly consistent pattern clustering between patients with diarrhea and host animal specimens.Conclusion:Local diarrhea patients, livestock、poultry and fly specimens were all detected pathogenic and non-pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica; the pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitis had the same distribution isolation from different samples. Genome type clustering map were with a highly consistent pattern clustering tested by PFGE molecular, which can be considered that pig were one of the most important source of infection leading to the local people with Yersinia enterocolitica. the effect of cattle and dogs can not be determined in the spread of the disease,needing further investigation and discussion. |
