| Objective: In recent years,Micro plasma radio frequency technology,a kind of new technology,shows a good prospect in improving the treatment of the skin fine lines,rough skin,pigmentation,loose skin,etc.Micro plasma which is mainly used in clinical treatment of scar has obvious advantages,in the aspect of overall assessment of the efficacy,safety and recovery time.The micro plasma radio frequency technology has been proved to be able to improve facial post burn scars and pigmentation after burns in clinical applications.We establish a model in which micro plasma is used to treat the narrow band ultraviolet B induced skin pigmentation skin of guinea pig.In this paper,by studying the model and observing the number of melanocytes and the expressiones of melanin granules related to the pigmentation of skin,to guide the clinical treatment of scar and provides the theory basis for pigmentation disorder.Methods:1 Establish experimental model,selected 10 healthy guinea pigs(normals),half male and female,weight 0.25 ~ 0.35 kg,7 ~ 10 weeks.NB-UVB exposure In tan skin areas after depilation,exposure dose: 900 mJ/cm~2,once per week,a total of 3 times.After NB-UVB irradiation,guinea pig skin dopa positive cells,epidermal melanin granules area occupies an area percentage,c-kit number of positive cells number is normal skin increased significantly difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),can be judged as building success.2 After the success of the building models randomly divided the skin into four groups,the plasma treatment with different energy parameters:Group A: the control group,no treatment.Group B,C,D treatment group: to treat exposure time fixed for 0.6 s parameters,the output power of 10 watt,20 watt,30 watt Micro plasma radio-frequency technology irradiation treatment.Before treatment and after treatment for 2,4,6 weeks,based on melanocyte dyeing(Imokawa method)and melanin granules(Masson,Fontana method),and immunohistochemical staining(c-kit protein),to observe the change of epidermal melanocytes and melanin particles.3 Use the SPSS13.0 statistics software.Analyze dopa-positive cell number,the percentage of epidermal melanin granules area,c-kit positive cells number statistically;between the end of the micro-plasma treatment 2,4,6 weeks of data comparing each treatment group,in line with normality and compared with group A,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);D group than in the group B lower,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);among other groups,the difference no
