Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris And Its Effect On Coronary Artery Endothelial Function

Objective:Assessment the coronary endothelial function effect and treatment of angina pectoris clinical curative effect observation of Yixinmai granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with angina pectoris before and after plasma endothelial pigment(ET),nitric oxide(no),calcitonin(gene related peptide(CGRP)level and angina pectoris symptoms and electrocardiogram curative effect index change.Methods:Select December 2014 to February 2016 in the Department of Cardiology,affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi College of traditional Chinese medicine,80 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients were divided into treatment group and control group,divided into control group provide 12.5-25mg mainly control group received basic treatment of aspirin enteric coated tablets 100mg,daily 1 times;atorvastatin,simvastatin 20mg every night 1 time;Pei perindopril 2mg,daily 1 times;metoprolol tablets,daily 2 times;single isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20mg,daily 2 times treatment.The treatment group in the basic treatment plus service Yixin Tongmai Keli by Guangxi Traditional Chinese medicine university affiliated Ruikang hospital preparation room preparation approval number[(2000),the composition of ginseng,cassia twig,Trichosanthes shell,leech,Poria cocos.Every time 1 bag,3 times/D,warm water flushes the clothing.Two groups were treated for 3 months,the end of treatment after the statistical study of the effect of plasma ET,CGRP and plasma NO level.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group can reduce the plasma ET,CGRP levels,and improve the level of NO,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yixinmai granule can improve the plasma endothelial function and clinical symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,Speculated that its protective vascular endothelium was associated with a decrease in CGRP,an increase in NO release from endothelial cells,and an increase in the release of it.
