Analysis Of The Changes Of The Balance Line To The Most Common Prominent Type Of Patients Of L4/5LDH By Rotational Reduction Method

Objective: Analyze the changes in the balance line of the most common prominent type of patients with L4/5LDH in HU You-gu partition before and after treatment by using the rotation reduction method.Summarize the relationship between the most common prominent type of patients and end line of balance with L4/5LDH in HU You-gu partition.Provide the theoretical foundation for the research on the treatment technique of the most common prominent type of disc hernia and the Chinese medicine diagnosis and a new thought and basis for the future used by related technique treatment.Methods: Collect 30 cases of the most common prominent type with L4/5LDH in HU You-gu partition from the expert outpatient department in our hospital.After the digital radiography system(DR)being performed on the patients to take the cervical,thoracic,lumbar and pelvic plate,the image data will be imported into Photoshop CS4 Adobe as features of bone profile and doctors specialized in Radiology department stitch the images and the stitched images from the 30 cases are imported into PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).Then using the line drawing tool that comes with PACS system to draw the end line of balance on the frontal plates,measuring the angle of the formation of the equilibrium line and the horizontal line and filling the measured data into the excel form.Each patient from those 30 cases is treated by rotation reduction method for five times.After the treatment,digital radiography system(DR)is performed on the patients to take the cervical,thoracic,lumbar and pelvic frontal plates.The work includes stitching frontal plates of whole spine and the pelvis,the force line measurement and statistical work are carried out again.According to the data collected from 30 cases of patients before and after the rotation reduction method,analyze the change of end line of balance of the most common prominent type of patients with L4/5LDH in HU You-gu partition after the treatment of rotation reduction method using arch force balance change conduction function.Summarize the changes of spinal balance after the treatment of rotation reduction method and the relationship between the most common prominent type of patients with L4/5LDH in HU You-gu partition and end line of balanceResults: The results of the study show that the treatment of rotational reduction manipulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and the ability of daily life.With the increase of treatment time,there will be more obvious improvement.From the clinical point of view,it begins to reflect the efficacy after twice treatments of specific performance,the effective rate after four times treatment has reached 90% and the cure rate has reached 66.67% after the treatments for five times.The corresponding observation index data are statistically significant.Before and after treatment to the end line of balance has changed.Conclusion: Through processing and analyzing the datas,the following conclusions can be drawn.First of all,it can change the balance of the end balance line.Secondly,rotational reduction manipulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation and their quality of life.Thirdly,it is effective and safe for patients to do treatments with the common prominent types of L4/5LDH Hu Yougu.
