| Objective: To compare the clinical effect and advantages of the application of all in one combined enteral nutrition(EN)therapy and the single bottle infusion of parenteral nutrition combined EN for patients with colorectal cancer during the perioperative period.Methods: A total of 52 cases with colorectal cancer patients were collected in this study since January 2014 to January 2016 from affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Twenty-six cases were randomly divided into all in one combined EN group and 26 cases into another group.The laboratory and clinical indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients with two kinds nutritional support way in the perioperative period were observed.Results: All cases were accomplished the experiment on schedule,except two patients in the control group was stopped.The general clinical data and disease data from two groups of patients are basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The serum albumin,pre-albumin,hemoglobin,total lymphocyte count of two groups of patients had no significant difference(P>0.05).The serum albumin on admission: the treatment group was 24.73±2.93g/L,and the control group was25.70±4.24g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=-0.941P=0.352 P>0.05);1 day before operation: the treatment group was 31.15±3.16g/L,and the control group was 30.17±4.51g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.356 P=0.371 P>0.05);1 day after operation: the treatment group was 30.23 ± 4.15g/L,and the control group was 28.96 ± 2.77g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.266 P=0.212 P>0.05);3 days after operation: the treatment group was 34.15±5.61g/L,and the control group was 31.33 ± 6.65g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.625 P=0.111 P>0.05);7 days after operation: the treatment group was 39.42±4.20g/L,and the control group was 36.79±3.78g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.324 P=0.024 P < 0.05);The pre-albumin on admission: the treatment group was 0.15±0.03g/L,and the control group was 0.16±0.02g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=-1.623 P=0.111 P>0.05);1 day before operation: the treatment group was 0.29 ± 0.07g/L,and the control group was 0.28 ± 0.04g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.860 P=0.395 P>0.05);1 day after operation: the treatment group was 0.27±0.06g/L,and the control group was 0.26±0.03g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.822P=0.415 P>0.05);3 days after operation: the treatment group was 0.29±0.03g/L,and the control group was 0.27 ± 0.05g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.821 treatment group was 105.27±14.43g/L,and the control group was 103.79±13.75g/L,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.370 P=0.713 P>0.05);1day after operation: the treatment group was difference was statistically significant(t=4.845 P=0.000 P < 0.05);Two groups of patients in the postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time(d): the treatment group was 2.46±0.75 d,and the control group was 3.07±1.01d(t=-2.443 P=0.018 P<0.05);the time of first defecation(d): the treatment group was 4.08±1.02 d,and the control group was 5.71 ± 1.27d(t=-5.038 P=0.000 P<0.05);the time of take-out stitches(d): the treatment group was 7.70±1.44 d,and the control group was9.00±1.02d(t=-3.683 P=0.001 P<0.05);the hospitalization time(d): the treatment group was 12.12±1.56 d,and the control group was 16.04±1.65d(t=-8.643 P=0.000 P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence rate of complications after operation in two groups: treatment group have a total of 3 / 26 cases(6.0%),where there is no anastomotic leakage and incision infection,incision dehiscence in 1 case(8.3%),pulmonary infection in 1 case(8.3%),urinary tract infection in 1 case(8.3%);There were 9/24cases(18%)in the control group: anastomotic leakage 1 case(8.3%),incision infection in 1 case(8.3%),incision split 3 cases(25%),pulmonary infection 2cases(16.7%),urinary tract infection in 2 cases(16.7%).The incidence of the two groups was statistically tested,the difference was statistically significant(X2=4.612 P=0.032 P<0.05).Conclusions: Application of all in one combined EN is better than the control group in promoting postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and improving the nutritional status,immune function and reducing the incidence rate of postoperative complications.It has certain effect on the fast recovery of the patients after operation. |
