| Objective: Trough the treatment by back-shu finger therapeutics,observing the changes of colonic transit time and the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts before and after the treatment,and discussing back-shu finger therapeutics on the influence of these changes,to expect to reveal the mechanism of the treatment of STC by back-shu finger therapeutics.Methods: 80 cases of patients with STC were randomly divided into two groups in the proportion of 1:1.The treatment group were treatted by back-shu finger fherapeutics,the western medicine group were treatted by in taken mosapride citrate tablets.The treatment were continued for 2 weeks.Before and after the treatment,two groups of patients were performed the gastrointestinal transit test,record 72-hour markers discharge rate of both two groups,and comparing.Used chronic constipation rating method which made in《Chinese Traditional Medicine New Medicine Clinical Research Guiding Principles》to grade.After the treatment,used the efficacy index which made in《Chinese Traditional Medicine New Medicine Clinical Research Guiding Principles》to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Compared the score before and after the treatment in the two groups;compared the score,efficacy index and total effective rate among the two groups after the treatment.Observed the changes of the treatment group patients with different syndromes’ temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts on different time,And compared with 40 cases of dedecation healthy volunteers the control group.Maked up the data and performed statistical analysis.Result: 1.The 72 hour markers discharge rate of both two groups is higher than prior treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group’s is higher than the western medicine group.2.Compared with prior treatment,the symptoms integral of both two groups were reduced obviously(P<0.01);the improvement of abdominal distension index in the treatment group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05);the improvement of defecation time interval index and stool properties index were significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).3.Compared with the efficacy index after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).4.Compared with the total effective rate,the treatment group was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).5.The temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts in 38 cases in the treatment group were no obvious difference on different time;compared with the temperature of Ren meridians pionts,the temperature of Du meridians pionts on prior treatment and the 7th day were no obvious difference(P>0.05),while on the 14 th day,the temperature of Du meridians pionts was higher than the temperature of Ren meridians pionts(P<0.05).The temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts were no difference between the treatment group and the control group on the prior treatment(P>0.05);on the 7th day and the 14 th day,the temperature of Ren meridians pionts were lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the temperature of Du meridians pionts were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.01).The change of temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts in the treatment group Patients with different syndromes’ had its own characteristics:(1)The syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency: The temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts was nearly as the prior treatment(P>0.05),while the Meridian trajectory of Ren and Du were more continuous;the temperature of Ren meridians pionts on the prior treatment and the 7th day were lower than the control group(P<0.05);on the14 th day,the temperature of Ren meridians pionts had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05);on different time,the temperature of Du meridians pionts were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).(2)The yang deficiency of spleen and kidney: Compared with prior treatment,the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts rised obviously on the 7th day and the 7th day(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts on the 14 th day was rised more obviously than the 7th day(P<0.01);while the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts on the different time were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.01).(3)The syndrome of intestine dryness due to yin deficiency: Compared with prior treatment,the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts decreased obviously on the 7th day and the 14 th day(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts on the 14 th day was decreased more obviously than 7th day(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians points on the prior treatment and the7 th day were much higher than the control group(P<0.01);on the 14 th day,the temperature of Ren meridians points was nearly as the control group(P>0.05),the temperature of Du meridians points was than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The liver depression and spleen deficiency: Compared with prior treatment,the temperature of Ren meridians pionts decreased on the 7th day(P<0.05),the temperature of Du meridians pionts decreased obviously(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians pionts on the 14 th day was decreased more obviously than the 7th day and the prior treatment(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians points on the prior treatment and the7 th day were much higher than the control group(P<0.01);the temperature of Ren and Du meridians points on the 14 th day was nearly as the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Back-shu finger therapeutics could enhance STC patients’ colonic transit time,improve symptoms of constipation and living quality;the curative effect was better than the western medicine group.2.The changes of the colonic transit time is similar as the temperature of Ren and Du meridians points.3.The intersectional imbalance of meridian qi of Ren and Du is the pathogenesis of channel disease of STC.4.Back-shu finger therapeutics is to treat the shu of bladder meridian in order to regulate the shu of lung and large intestine,spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,spleen and kidney,liver and lungs.5.Back-shu finger therapeutics adjust the Axis Kai-he-Meridians of three Yin and three Yang,so to make the gasification of Zang-fu organ normal operation.6.Back-shu finger therapeutics modify the relation of Interpromotion and interrestraint of the five elements,so make the channel Qi of internal organs running ruly. |
