Study On The Mode Construction Of Primary Health Care In Urban And Rural Areas

The development of primary health care is a basic way to solve the medical problems and key to provide equal medical service, which is an important aspect of the construction of the socialist harmonious society. To develop primary health care, it is necessary to learn lessons from other countries. Medical problems in America is worldwide concerns and the innovation mode "Patient Centered Medical Home" has played a positive role in solving medical problems. Compared with countries of developed primary health care, there is no strictly "gatekeeper" in America. "Medical Home" mode is to solve practical problems in recent years.
