In recent years,medical complaints and disputes between doctors and patients emerged endlessly because of low patient satisfaction.Malignant patients and their family members attacks the medical staff frequently,the strained doctor-patient relationship disrupted the normal order of medical service industry,bringing direct economic losses to the hospital,severely damaged the reputation of hospital,taking long-term harm to the interests of hospital and caused serious social consequences.For building the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,not only the government should maintain the medical order and punish medical-related crimes,but also effective measures to improve patient satisfaction is needed from the government and hospitals,the improvement of patient satisfaction with medical treatment is significant value to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Patient education has an important impact on patient satisfaction,many scholars study found that patient education to improve patient satisfaction plays an important role in promoting [1-2].However,the scholar’s research focuses on patient education in combination with single disease education effects on patient satisfaction,patient education is,how to measure,why can significantly impact patients ’ satisfaction,what is the mechanism of action,which factors play an intermediary role in research on these issues is not systematic.Therefore,literature reviews,interviews,questionnaires,analysis of impact on patient satisfaction patient education mechanisms,from the perspective of patient education explore new path to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The main results are as follows:First,to clarify the meaning and dimensions of patient education,and patient education are developed measurement scales.Literature-based patient education is in the process of diagnosis and treatment for the patient,the doctor to patients in treatment programs,drug treatment and self-management of the interactive education,divided into patient treatment education and patient self-management education in two dimensions,and exploratory factor analyses of these two dimensions are verified.Meanwhile,developed a patient education measurement scales.Second,the analysis of the mechanism of the effect of patient education on patient satisfaction,and patient education patient satisfaction is verified conceptual model.First of all,the dimensions of patient education patient treatment education and patient self-management education has positive effect on the readiness of the three dimensions,namely patient role clarity,patient involvement,patient involvement in motivation,in which the patient role and clear sense of impact strength.Secondly,the patient role clarity,patient involvement,motivation in patients with significant positive effects on patient compliance,patient motivation impacts on compliance behavior of patients with maximum strength.Again,compliance in patients with positive effects on health outcomes and patient satisfaction,higher patient compliance will bring good health and high patient satisfaction.Finally,the medical effect significantly positive effects on patients ’ satisfaction,health outcomes is the ultimate goal of treatment,have a significant impact on patient satisfaction.The results of this study,health care organizations improve patient satisfaction,ease the doctor-patient relationship,harmonious medical environment has important implications,includes three main points: first of all,doctors and medical organizations to use an effective method of education,really useful patient education for patients,improve readiness and compliance,in order to improve patient satisfaction.Secondly,medical services through advertising,public service activities and issuing of services guide customers organizational socialization to enhance patient readiness.Finally,the doctor must actively to educate patients,detailed communication and interaction with the patient,forming a kind of trust between doctor and patient,enhanced patient compliance.This research of main innovation points and the academic contribution is: first,defined has patients education of connotation,put patients education is divided into patients disease knowledge education and patients self management education two a dimension degrees,development has patients education of measurement volume table,for related scholars of research provides has effective of measurement tool;second,used empirical research of method exploration analysis has patients education on patients satisfaction effect of role mechanism,building and validation has patients education effect patients satisfaction of concept model,discussion has patients education,and patients ready degrees,and patients comply with,and The relationship between health outcomes and patient satisfaction 5 variables,enriching the theoretical system of patient satisfaction,presented from the perspective of patient education explore new path to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and provide a theoretical basis for improving doctor-patient relationship.
