| Objective:To investigate the feasibility and advantages of internal fixation through paraspinal approach by the common vertebral pedicle, according to the analysis and comparation of the clinical indicators of internal fixation through invasive muscle gap and traditional opening by the common pedicle screws treating thoracolumbar fractures. Methods:The 41 patients are analysed retrospectively, with clinical diagnosis of thoracolumbar fractures with no or slight nerve function damage and meet the subject’s standards,25 males and 16 females, from August 2013 to June 2015.Simple random grouping method is used to divide 41 cases into two groups, there are 22 patients with thoracolumbar fractures are treated by internal fixation of using the conventional pedicle screw through invasive muscle gap,and 19 patients are treated by intraditional open internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures, all patients are treated by oralling traditional chinese medicine formula、doing functional exercise、physcial therapy and so on.Recording the anterior vertebral height, posteriormarginal height, sagittal Cobb angel,VSA,the score of ODI,operative bleeding volume, drainage volume, the operative time of the two groups, and the clinical indicators are analyzed statistically.Result:The clinical indicators of the two groups are recorded and analyzed statistically. The anterior vertebral height, posteriormarginal height, sagittal Cobb angel are improved significantly after operation compared with the preoperative clinical indicators, afterstatistical analysis, the difference is significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference between two groups’ operative bleeding volume、drainage volume、the operative time and the score of VAS and ODI are significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The internal fixation via Wiltse approach and traditional opening by the common pedicle screws treating thoracolumbar fractures with no or slight nerve function damage are clinical efficacy. And the internal fixation through invasive muscle gap have the advantages of less bleeding, little complication, manipulate easily, low cost and so on.It can be a priority selection of treatment for thoracolumbar fractures with no or slight nerve function damage. |
