Clinical Study Of Ultra-early Venous Thrombolysis In Elderly Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the efficacy and side effects of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the treatment of patients with acute improving neurological function and daily life.Methods:This study selected the Chong qing Jiang jin Central Hospital,May 2015-July 2014,the incidence of acute cerebral infarction in 6 hours,34 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the age of 60-80 years old.According to the choice of treatment method is divided into treatm and according to the choice of intravenous thrombolytic drugs to treat the treatment group is divided into two sub groups.Group A:There 17 people using Alteplase to thrombolysis,Group B:there 3 people using Urokinase to thrombolysis.24 hours after thrombolysis treatment to aspirin 100 mg/day,clopidogrel 75 mg/day therapy.Control group 14 cases,directly to aspirin 100 mg/day,clopidogrel 75 mg/day to treatment.Compare the NIHSS of before treatment,after treatment for 1 hour,24 hours a day,7 days,14 days.Compare the BT before and after 90 days treatment.And observation records adverse reactions occur.Put forward the relevant data analysis,and to the discussion of the results,come to the conclusion that to guide clinical drug use.Results: Treatment group after treatment than the control group for 1 hour,24 hours a day,7 days,14 days of NIHSS scores were significantly lower(P < 0.05).90 days after treatment,the BI of score and treatment the group was and obviously lower than the control of group(P < 0.05).Super and early of intravenous thrombolysis in the drug use,treat ment group A and group B of after treatment then for and 1 hour,24 hours A day,7 days,14 days of NIHSS no statistical significance(P > 0.05).90 days of the two groups after treatment of daily life ability BI score has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions: Early of the intravenous thrombolysis treatment of yes acute the cerebral word infarction,can maximize the reconstruction of ischemia area circulation,rescue in the reversible damage state of nerve cells,reduce infarction size,reduce morbidity,improve the patients quality of life after illness.Intravenous thrombolytic drugs,urokinase and alteplase to improve the prognosis of patients with general,help improve the ability of life in patients with no obvious difference,and little differences of side effects.In the clinical treatment,the choice of the two drugs can undertake choosing according to the clinical situation.
