The Study On The Premium Nursing Service Tailored Towards The Patient’s Security Needs

Object: This study is to explore customer’s safety,provide a premium nursing service system and build a mechanism of long-term.Finally,to achieve the satisfaction of patient,family,doctor,nurse,government and society.From April 2011 to June 2014,according to the requirements of university,the study has obtained a good result.Method: According to the connotation and the objective of premium nursing service,use the technology of pre-control,establish an assessment system of risk,and combined with " accreditation standards of tertiary hospital "," evaluation rules for premium nursing service ",draw up customer’s satisfaction questionnaires,use the interview and questionnaires to look into deeply requires of internal customer and external customer in the hospital.Then use the method of observation for looking out the key indicators of premium nursing service(the incidence of nursing events,the incidence of mistake of medical personnel,the satisfaction of customer),and finally,to evaluate the results,and confirm with the evaluation X2 test.Result: With the advancement of the study on the premium nursing service,the score average for patient’s satisfaction is 83.58 points in 2011 rose to 95.95 in 2013,for nurse’s satisfaction,the score rose to 76.6 from 30.9 points,for the hospital employee’s satisfaction rose from 83 percent to 87 percent.From the result of social survey,the satisfaction of inpatient is 98.3%,which is higher than the 82.7% of outpatients.And the satisfaction of outpatient is higher than social groups,which is 64.6%.The recognition of nurses for directors has improved significantly,and nurses are satisfied for their salaries which are increased from 69.93% to 92.17%.The rate of nurse dimission hovered between 5.9%-8.77%,the group of nursing staff is still instability,and most of leaving persons have worked more than 5 years,because their pay and reward are not proportional.The incidence of doctor’s mistake did not decrease significantly,but the nursing events have been reported incrementally in the recent years.Conclusion: Developing Patient’s security requirements and build a premium nursing service system can help improve Patient’s satisfaction,increase nurse’s value recognizing,and augment the economic benefits,social benefit.It’s important to develop the study on the premium nursing service tailored towards the customer’s security needs.And the most important is to improve interests and feelings for medical staffs,their emotion for work can guarantee a high quality system of nursing service for a long-term.
