| Workers are the backbone of China’s social and economic development and city construction. However, frequent occurrence of food poisoning in the canteen of construction site makes them really scared. This paper summarized the types and the causes of food poisoning by referring to a large number of documents, analyzed the reasons for food poisoning in the canteen of construction site through four food poisoning case in that of Nanchang area, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. |
