Purpose: from the spleen clearing damp,Line of gas and water,(medicine composition:Grifola,China root,Poria cocos,alisma,Cogongrass rhizome,Phragmites communis,Big belly skin,Acid-insoluble ash,Magnolia bark,pokeweed,licorice),daopt traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)infrared irradiation in patients with hepatitis bcirrhosis ascites Tastain method of treatment,through the statistical analysis,evaluate the clinical efficacy of therapy,Ta Stains for traditional Chinese medicine method to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Method: 60 cases of patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis ascites(type)and wet resistance of patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group given based on the west health liver enzyme,symptomatic treatment,such as water reduction.The treatment group in the control group on the basis of Ta stains with infrared irradiation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Around4,1 treatment course,treatment 1 course of treatment.Through statistical analysis and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)infrared irradiation Ta stains therapy efficacy and safety,summarize advantage Ta stains therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Result: Compared with the control group and observation group total score improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Statistical analysis has significant difference(P<0.01);Weight,abdominal eireumferene,abdomen water changes significantly,liver function improved significantly,Statistical analysis has significant difference(P<0.05);Two groups of patients with ascites fading away,observation group is better than the control group.Compared with significant difference(P < 0.05);Total effectiverate comparison,observation group total effectiveness 86.66%,control group total effective rate 73.33%,Statistical analysis has significant difference(P<0.05);Ta stained by local skin and no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)infrared irradiation Ta stained by the mechanism of curative effect on hepatitis b cirrhosis ascites,confirmed that the method is so direct contact with the drug,the lesion site to make it effective component,the patient’s reach liver spleen,qi and the purpose of the water.With a practical,simple andconvenient,reliable curative effect,non-toxic side effects,etc.Is a kind of effective,clinical operational,appropriate technology can be popularized to grassroots.
