Basic Research By The Electronic Nose Technology-based Prescription Drugs Medicinal Substances

Objective:Through smell sensors to detect the prescriptions of 45 commonly used herbs, in combination with the response signal of electronic nose, the similarities and differences between traditional Chinese medicine pattern exploration, found between the signal and the traditional Chinese drug contact response of electronic nose sensors, and the combination of ancient literature and modern scientific research, explore new mode of electronic nose detection nature of Chinese material medica.Methods:The use of sensor technology is more sensitive and reliable French electronic nose (Alpha M.O.S. aFOX 4000 system and aSOFTV9.1 software, the automatic sampler HS100) drugs commonly used in detection of 45 species of classical prescriptions. Using the method of principal component analysis, linear discriminant analysis, discriminant factor analysis, statistical quality control method, the qualitative recognition of traditional Chinese medicine resistance of different medicinal materials odor components, explore the resistance theory.Results:Through the use of electronic nose for classical prescriptions are commonly used in 45 traditional Chinese medicines were detected, found the drug similar drugs with a high sensor signal fingerprint, difference index, linear relationship and other aspects of similarity degree. The signal difference of each drug before, this is reflected well in drug radar chart, this study not only reflects the different kinds of Chinese traditional medicine in common, but also highlighted the every herb of the personality, it is of significance to the establishment of Chinese medicine standard fingerprint of comprehensive analysis, the basis of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine "taste" the same circumstances, according to the "gas" and "cold, hot, warm, cool" different, the response signal of electronic nose has obvious differences, show that the electronic nose can be used as a herbal medicineresearchers medium, detection of material basis of traditional Chinese Medicine and five flavours, for further exploration of traditional Chinese medicine property theory, property theory lays a foundation construction. The electronic nose analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five flavours, functions and prescription compatibility of various drugs, further elaborates the property theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, found in the material foundation and resistance theory.
