Research The Clinical Effect Of Hepatitis B Virus Different Genotypes Patients And Express In Tissue Pathology Of Immune Competent Cell

Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of Hepatitis B virus different genotypes patients in Guilin district and the relationship between in immune competent cell(CD4+T、CD8+T、CD20+T、CD57+T)and tissue pathology. Methods : 70 cases of liver biopsy of hepatitis patients, 44 cases of B genotypes, 26 cases of C genotypes, through the immune chemical analysis the expression of tissue immune competent cell CD4+T、CD8+T、CD20+T、CD57+T, compared with the different genotypes HBV CD4+T、CD8+T、CD20+T、CD57+ T and clinical relationship. Result: The genetypes of CHB patients were mainly with gene B in Guilin, Gene B and C are not diversity in the distribution of age ALB and GLB, the positive rate of HBe Ag at B genotype patient is higher than C genotype patient, however the level of ALT in gene C is higher than in gene B, and pathology injure degree of liver tissue was gene C is higher than gene B, the degree of liver tissue inflammation in gene B reached G4 group and gene C reached G3 group, the expression of CD4+T、CD8+T、CD20+ T in liver tissue was obviously increased than G1, there was statistics diversity(P〈0.05).The expression of CD57+ T in liver tissue was obviously increased than G1 in the degree of liver tissue inflammation in gene C reached G4 group,there was statistics diversity( P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: Most of chronic hepatitis B is mainly with gene B, the positive rate of HBe Ag at B genotype patient was higher than C genotype patient, pathology injure degree of liver tissue gene C was higher than gene B. The expression of CD4+T、CD8+T、CD20+T in gene B and gene C liver tissue with the grade of liver pathology were obviously correlated, the level of severity in different genotype disease was connected with the condition of organism immune.
