I made a clinical research after my teachaer’s academic experience, which is in order to observe baipikaiyukeli in the treatment of heat type of cancer pain and improve the quality of life.ObjectivesTo explore baipikaiyukeli thermal effect in patients of cancerous pain and the quality of life.To investigate the effectiveness of the baipikaiyukeli for cancerous pain. In order to provide a reference for clinical to selection of points of thermal baipikaiyukeli for treatment of cancerous pain.MethodsThis study included in 60 subjects of liwan district hospital of Chinese medicine. including cancer patients of inpatient and outpatient,who have pains, and the type is asthenic fever, participants were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group have 30 cases. Treatment group give the conventional western medicine therapy which is three steps analgesic method combinate of baipikaiyukeli, the control group only by three steps analgesic therapy. Through the observation of the two groups of subjects, Through the observation of the two groups of subjects, patients with analysis of the degree of pain relief and improve the level of life treatment. Curative effect evaluation using the method of using visual analogue scale (VAS) and tumor patient quality of life scores (QOL), before and after treatment and treatment during the evaluation,. Data is analyzed with SPSS16.0 software after the end of the research, specific count data using the chi-square test and the measurement data between the two groups and the group within respectively using independent samples t-test and paired t-test, grade data using Radit analysis.Result1.The treatment group and control group have no significant difference (P >0.05) in gender, age.2. before and after treatment, total scores of too groups of patients’pain score and the quality of life of patients’integral differences were very significant statistical significance (P< 0.05).After the treatment, pain symptoms were reduced, and life were increased as well, but the treatment group compared with control group, especially in the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment combinat baipikaiyukeli in the curative, the effect is higher, the treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the total effective rate of the treatment group who used Chinese medicine after was 91.18% (P< 0.05). That add baipikaiyukeli can reduce the pain of patients, and also improve the patient’s quality of life.ConelusionIt is reliable that baipikaiyukeli in treatment of cancer pain symptoms and improve the curative effect. Pain is the main symptom in the patients with cancer, of course reduced the quality of life, so in order to redurce the pain in patients and improve patient quality of life as the main treatment method, three steps analgesic therapy and routine western medicine has obvious analgesic effect, but also can bring many side effects, traditional Chinese medicine will play the advantage of curative effect and have no side effect, in this study, the treatment group home after traditional Chinese medicine and blue white open particles, in the pain symptoms and improve the curative effect was better than control group, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
